The value of preserving our history

“Un paseo por la historia” is much more than a book. It is a cultural and heritage project that brings together photographs, traditions, testimonies and documents to reconstruct the memory of Lastanosa, a village in the agricultural Aragon of the past, and preserve its history and way of life.

At as.valuation, we wanted to collaborate on this project alongside various organisations, with Fundación Ibercaja as the main sponsor, joining a commitment to promote initiatives that highlight the historical, cultural and human legacy of a territory.

For us, collaborating on projects like this is also a way of understanding value from a broader perspective: what a community preserves, passes on and leaves as a legacy to future generations.

We are proud to be part of this work, which helps preserve the memory of so many generations and disseminate and pass on tradition and history as the precious cultural assets that they are.
