Participation in the M&A Workshop in Madrid.

It was a pleasure to take part in the sessions of the JUC M&A Workshop, held in Madrid and delivered by the distinguished professionals Juanjo Corral Moreno, Javier Mendez Fallola, of Baker McKenzie, and Luis Paradinas Aguilera, of Arcano Partners, who shared their extensive knowledge and experience through a practical and comprehensive view of the different stages that make up complex merger and acquisition transactions.

During the sessions, we analysed the main legal aspects and processes that accompany this type of activity, examining in depth the role valuations play as a key tool, a point of reference and a source of confidence for the parties involved.

We also addressed the relevance of independent valuation reports, fairness opinions, due diligence and forensic economics for legal and corporate advisers, expert teams that we support throughout the delivery of their services to clients and investors. 

We thank the organisers and all participants for the learning sessions, which allowed us to exchange experiences and reflections on the challenges and opportunities presented by markets today and in the future.
